Hi! Can you believe it's 82 degrees here! OMGosh..it feels like springtime! It's a record high for us and it's so cold in the East. Makes me almost feel bad :-) except for the fact that I would love a little snow!
I make this card for a friend of mine and love these papers that I bought at Michael's. It's K & Co and the colors are so springy!
I just got back from teaching a little make and take at my LSS and it was so much fun! I made a little Papertrey Ink Valentines bag and will share soon! It's so much fun to get out and visit with all the wonderful ladies! And one of the benefits is I can share my addiction and they understand lol! Angie, another teacher says that her husband calls her addiction "Paper Crack, and "Copic Coke", or something like that and I thought it was funny!
Sorry for the bad pictures. I just couldn't get everything in the lens and they look blurry. I decided to do a "Just because " RAK. Just in time for Valentines Day. Just sign up as a follower and tell me what is the most romantic thing that's ever happened to you. and of you're already a follower. wonderful!!!
I will draw a name on Feb 10th!!
Hugs! Char

Lovely cards & thanks for the chance to win. I think it's romantic, my dear husband sings an anniversary song he made up. It's silly, but I love it & I think it's the most romantic thing he's done for me. Our 8th anniversary is Feb. 15th.
Oh I adore that card......Fabulous sweet friend!!!
I just love all the details and goodies!!!!
Romantic......mu hubsters is pretty good at that....I think the best...I was at work and wondering what I was going to eat for lunch and in came a man carrying this box...it was filled with food from my favorite restaurant...including dessert!!! A bit later in came the flowers and balloons...I could hardly wait to get home to thank him and when I walked in the door....he has cooked dinner!!! Now that took some thinking!!!
Love ya girlie!!!! Have a great one!!
Wow went I looked do you believe I wasn't a follower... I am on your blog everytime you post!
On my hubby and my ten year anniversary... he took me to dinner theater to see Jesus and the technocolor dreamcoat and gave a beautiful braclet! It was wonderful!
Your card is beautiful, love the twine over the ribbon!
Sweet card! You can have some of my snow if you'd like, as I have plenty to share!! Thanks for the chance to win some valentine's goodies. The most romantic thing was when I came home from work to a clean house, a lovely dinner and some beautiful flowers on the table from my sweety :O)
How fun to do a make and take! I used to teach at our LSS, when we still had one. Sure miss that. :(
Your card is adorable! I believe I spy an older Webster's journaling card on there. Love that. Love the ribbon treatment, too.
So jealous of your beautiful weather. Hope you got to enjoy every moment. We're finally having some sun today after two solid days of rain.
And romance..........hmmmmmm....
no romance going on over here unless a cuddle on the couch with my furry canine friend counts. ;)
Hi Char! Sorry I missed your class yesterday, I'm so bummed! Thought about AFTER Corey borrowed my car. :( Oh well, but I wanted to let you know that I'm passing on the Stylish Blogger Award to you!! Take care!
You know I am a follower(:
Love your gorgeous cards!! So pretty! Looking forward to your valentine bag! Hugs
Oh boy is wish it was nice here ..it is -23c with the windchill ugg.. Your card is so cute :).. The most romantic thing..humm my hubby is not a romantic but I love him all the same ..He make me laugh all the time and is my best friend. So maybe that is romantic :)
Hi Char!! 82 degrees??? I'm soooo jealous! It was below 0 here in Oklahoma the other day, and we got about 12 inches of snow. This is NOT normal for these parts. It is almost melted, but we are getting hit with another round come tomorrow night!! I'm sooo ready for summer. Can I come stay with you??
LOVE your card. Your work never ceases to amaze me though. You are so talented. :)
I don't really have a "romantic" story to share. However, I do have some pretty sweet ones from my baby girl. She brought me some candy the other day that my sister's fiance bought her when we were at the mall. She said, "Mom, I bought this for you. I ate some of it, but I saved the best for you."
She's so sweet. Love her to pieces! Would love to use some of those goodies on some of her layouts! :)
Thanks for the chance to win. I of course am a loyal follower.
Happy Monday!!
xoxo

The most romantic thing that ever happened to me was meeting the love of my life and having many loving years together before her death .... and you know what .... the love remains in memories. Thanks again.

Just became a follower and I LOVE your card.....where did the border come from...really like that. Hummm...most romantic thing? I have a wonderful husband of 32 years, but he's not on any cutting edge of romanticism. However, he took my "add-a-diamond bracelet" that "I" had been adding to over the years and completed it out without me knowing Total surprise and big splurge. One last thing, when I go away for a few days and return, he has the house clean, candles burning, and lights just the right soft intensity. he and the puppies (and youngest son) always great me and wonder when I'm going to start cooking!
Okay I am a new follower... My Bestie Yolie sent me.... Wonderful blog and awesome blog candy....
The most Romantic thing that happened to me well I have tons... My fiance is always sprising me with wonderful goodies... Well I guess the most recent is that he sent me 2dozen roses on the 5th for our 6yr anniversary of being together....
Your card is so cute, am a new follower!!
the most romantic thing my husband did on Valentines day was he sent me at work, 2 dozen roses and a big balloon with a bear inside and 4 small balloons, my co workers were so amazed, needless to say I was over the top...Thanks

It wasn't for valentines but once my hubby made a picnic in the living room. It was sweet he cooked dinner and romanced me. 1st and last time he ever did anything romantic! It was so sweet he tried so hard and was out of his comfort zone!
I am now a follower :) can't wait to see more beautiful stuff!
absolutley beautiful.... we had all these goodies in the store i work at but most hve sold out..... i would love to play with them... and as for romantic.... my hubby plans a mock wedding every valentines day for me and the kids, we get dressed up and have a cool dinner with a heart shaped meatloaf and all the kids come home to be there.... they are in their 20's and still love it. Romantic changes when you have a family and this has been my romantic for 24 years!!!
What a lovely giveaway! One of the most romantic things that happened to me . . . my husbands proposal - on the esclator! (I follow your blog!)
Lovely things! Must romantic thing is when we two years ago said Yes too each other after beeing a couple in 18years.
beautiful cards....I'm your newest follower. Nothing romantic here...still single. LOL
Hey, LOVE the card!!!! I am currently going through a divorce and to be honest my (wish to be soon) ex didn't really do anything romantic for me. That is OK, this year really is going to be better as I will not be under the stress I have been in years past! I would love to win this RAK, super cute stuff! Thanks for the chance!
Cute, cute, cute! Love the card and thanks for this chance to win. Love your site. I will be checking in more often. Have a great RAK!
I've added you! The most romatic thing was when my not yet husband proposed to me on the beach in SC.
Your card is just so fresh and sweet.
The most romantic thing my hubby had ever done for me was while I was in the hospital. I went into preterm labor with the twins and was so scared and lonely. I was so mad at him for not spending all his time with me. I barely saw him for the entire week and a half. Sometimes not for days. I spent my time crying most nights.
When he took me home..... I was surprised with flowers and a complete Nursery!! he had torn down a wall, remade a nursery, painted and did the floors. he even went out and bought the furniture and set it up. He had spent all his spare time trying to surprise me. Soooooo sweet.
What a beautiful blog you have! I MUST add it to my fav. blogs at Pinterest. Thanks to ScrapScene for sharing it with me!
Every year for special days, my husband hand picks cards for me.. he takes so much time until he finds the one that says exactly what he wants to say. Sometimes he finds a few that he wants to "tell me".... it's so sweet knowing how much thought he puts into picking out these cards ♥
Your card is so pretty! I've signed up to be a follower GLADLY!
Also, I'd say a romantic thing my husband did recently is make a heart-shaped bowl (he wood turns them). It's so hard to turn anything other than a round shape, so I was completely surprised! Thanks for a chance to win!
I'm a follower. The most romantic day in my life was when the man I'd madly fallen in love with on the Internet travelled all the way from the US to Argentina to meet me. It was the most magical day in my life. He's my husband now.
What an adorable card!! Love the colors and the layers!! Going to check out the rest of your blog when I'm done here. Just signed up to be a follower!!
A few weeks ago my husband turned to me out of the blue and said I am one lucky guy. He said if it wasn't for me he would not have 2 beautiful daughters, a grandson, and a new grandchild on the way. I just melted. After 39 years of marriage who says love is just for the young.

my husband wrote me a poem when our son was born

Beautiful cards! Not sure if it is the most romantic, but DH surprised me with a trip for my 50th birthday. We went back to visit friends we had moved away from. He even had the kids in on it.
Thank you for the chance to win.
Great card! Most romantic...um, unfortunately (yet by choice) I am the serial single girl...
I love your work and how colorful your blog is! The most romantic thing that happened to me was when my husband propsed to me at Epcot 8 1/2 years ago. We will be married 8 years on May 1st.
Just became a follower. Would love to win!
Most romantic thing is my husband giving me an anniversary ring before he went for open heart surgery. He told me how much he loved me and thanked me for taking care of him. (I can cry thinking about it now.)
I am a follower!
Thanks!
just became a follower!! Love your blog and thanks for the chance to win some RAK!!
totally forgot to mention my most romantic time-breakfast in bed by my hubby!!
What a great card! I love the items in the give away! Thanks for a chance to win! The most romantic thing I can remember is having a dozen red roses delivered to my work. My co worker were all very envious!
I am now a follower.
Beautiful card. I am a new follower. I would have to say the most romantic thing done for me was from my Finace a few years ago he ordered this book for me that Had our names and other personal info in it. Best Romance novel I have ever read.
I love the colors, and the layering of ribbon and string on your card. I am inspired to get cracking on my valentines! The most romantic thing...when we were dating, my husband used to take me on sunset picnics...then we'd snuggle in blankets in the back of his pickup, watching the stars after dark...
Beautiful cards-all the layers and details,it's a style I am trying hard to master this particular style-I love it. My wedding in the park is definitely my most romantic memory. My 4 sons gave me away and my grandson told my sweetie he could kiss the bride!
Definitely following you-love your creations and can't wait to see more.
WhooHoo! Following and would love it if you followed on mine as well. Great crafting and I love your header.
